HOW WE RUN IT

Fair Play Standards for Our Live Poker Tables

We keep live poker operations transparent. Here's what that looks like in practice across our rooms.

Studio-Side Card Dealing

Every hand in our Evolution-powered rooms is dealt from a physical shoe by a certified dealer on camera. The card sequence is not generated by software on our end.

RTP Visibility

Return-to-player figures are shown only where Evolution or the individual game room exposes them. We do not publish figures that have not been confirmed by the provider.

Encrypted Account Sessions

Your poker session runs over an encrypted connection. Account login requires OTP verification, and session tokens expire after a period of inactivity for your security.

Dispute Resolution Path

Hand history logs are stored per session. If you raise a dispute on a live poker round, our team retrieves the session record and reviews the dealt hand against your bet.

Live Poker Rooms Inside city345

Our live poker section carries tables from Evolution, one of the most widely recognised studio names in live dealer streaming. You'll find Casino Hold'em, Three Card Poker, and Texas Hold'em Bonus Poker among the active rooms. Each table runs on a real physical deck dealt by a human dealer on camera — no RNG shuffles, no simulated outcomes. Bet limits vary by

room, so whether you prefer smaller stakes or a higher seat, there's a table that fits. Switch rooms without leaving the lobby, and your account balance follows you across every table you join.

Live Poker Glossary for Malaysian Players

New to live poker or just brushing up? These are the terms that come up most often at the table.

What is Casino Hold'em in live poker?

Casino Hold'em is a live poker variant where you play against the dealer, not other players. You and the dealer each build a five-card hand using shared community cards. Best hand wins the round.

What does 'ante' mean at a live poker table?

The ante is a mandatory opening bet placed before any cards are dealt. It sets the minimum stake for the round and is required from every seat before play begins.

What is Three Card Poker?

Three Card Poker is a fast live poker format where both you and the dealer receive three cards each. Rounds resolve quickly because fewer cards mean fewer decision points per hand.

What does 'fold' mean in a live poker round?

Folding means surrendering your hand and forfeiting your ante bet. You do this when your cards are weak and you want to avoid the call bet required to continue the round.

What is the 'call bet' in Casino Hold'em?

The call bet is placed after seeing your hole cards and the first three community cards. It is exactly twice the ante and signals you want to continue competing against the dealer's hand.

What does KYC mean for a live poker account?

KYC stands for Know Your Customer — the identity verification step required before withdrawals are processed. You submit ID documents through your account; approval unlocks full withdrawal access.
